Terms and Conditions: BLT “Pay by PayID” Monthly $500 Travel Voucher Draw

- Promoter: BLT(QLD) Pty Ltd t/a Cairns and Weipa Business & Leisure Travel (BLT).
- Promotion Name: BLT “Pay by PayID” Monthly $500 Travel Voucher Draw.
- Promotional Period: Commencing 1st October 2026 and concluding on 30th September 2027 (12 months total).

- Who Can Enter: Open to all clients and customers of BLT who are aged 18 years or older.
- Exclusions: Employees, immediate family members of employees, or affiliated management of BLT are ineligible to participate.

- Qualifying Action: To enter, a customer must complete a valid (invoice, quote, or booking) payment to BLT using PayID during the calendar month.
- Automatic Entry: Entry is automatic upon the successful clearance of a PayID transaction into our client bank account.
- Entry Allowance: Each individual, fully settled PayID transaction during the calendar month counts as one (1) entry into that month’s draw. Multiple separate transactions in a single month will result in multiple entries.

- Draw Schedule: Draws take place on the 10th day of each calendar month (or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend/public holiday), covering all settled PayID transactions from the preceding calendar month.
- Selection Process: Entries are printed as physical transaction records, placed into a container, and selected via a random blind draw.
- Monthly Reset: Entries do not roll over into subsequent months. The draw resets at 12:00 AM on the 1st of each month.

- Prize: One (1) x AUD500 BLT Travel Voucher will be awarded each month (12 vouchers total over the promotional period).
- Voucher Terms:
  - Redeemable exclusively towards flights, tours and/or accommodation booked through BLT.
  - Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  - Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

- Notification: Winners will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours of the draw using the contact details associated with the booking transaction.
- Public Announcement: Winner first names and general locations (e.g., Sarah M. from Weipa) may be featured across BLT’s official social media channels, website banners, and email updates.

- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to acknowledge the prize within 30 days of initial notification, BLT reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining entries of that specific month’s pool.

- Payment Fees: Zero fees apply to PayID transactions, however banking fees outside the control of the Promoter remain the responsibility of the client.
- Disqualification: BLT reserves the right to verify entry validity and disqualify any transaction deemed fraudulent, reversed, or refunded prior to the draw date.
- Amendments: BLT reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that any updates are published promptly on our official digital platforms.
