We’ve reviewed the travel advice for New Caledonia and continue to advise exercise normal safety precautions. A restricted swimming zone at Baie des Citrons in Noumea is open daily from 8:45am to 4pm. All other beaches in Noumea remain closed until 31 December (see ‘Safety’).
